- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizing is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum. Supplies like bins and labels are billed at cost, and a travel fee applies outside my area. Design consultations are $150 for one hour, credited toward your project if you continue with a design package. Room design starts at $1,500 per room, and full design and project management is quoted per project. Design prices cover design only: cabinetry, materials and installation are quoted separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or visit to see your space and how you use it. For organizing, I make a plan, then sort, edit and set up systems that are easy to keep up. For design, I create layouts and 3D renderings, refine them with you, and can oversee the installation through the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than five years in luxury interiors and custom cabinetry, including work with an architecture firm and with a high-end custom cabinetry company in the WeHo Design District as a designer and project manager. I've designed many high-end closets and spaces, so I know how storage should work, not just how it should look.
