- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the volume of items, labor required, access (stairs, distance, parking), and disposal fees. We provide upfront price estimates based on photos or videos, so there are no surprises. All prices include labor, loading, hauling, and disposal fees. We do not charge hidden fees, and payment is due after the job is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer sends us photos or a short video of the items they want removed. We then provide a clear price estimate and confirm availability. On the scheduled day, our team arrives on time, removes the items, cleans the area if needed, and handles proper disposal. Payment is collected only after the job is completed and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is experienced in junk removal, heavy lifting, safe loading, and proper disposal practices. We follow local disposal regulations, prioritize safety, and use proven methods to efficiently remove items without damaging the property.
