Working with Ron on our full home remodel was such a positive experience from start to finish. What we appreciated most was how much care he put into helping us create a home that felt beautiful, functional, and still realistic for our budget. He was incredibly patient throughout the process and always willing to talk through ideas, design options, finishes, lighting, and fixtures with us.Ron has a great eye for detail and really helped guide us toward choices that made a big impact without overspending. We especially love the cabinets, the under cabinet and toe kick lighting, and all the little details in the bathrooms like the shower niches and tile work. Those touches made the house feel really custom and thoughtfully designed.More than anything, it felt like Ron genuinely cared about the outcome and wanted us to love the final result. Remodeling a whole house can be stressful, but having someone who was collaborative, creative, and easy to work with made a huge difference for us. Were really grateful for all the work and care that went into our home.

Ron and his crew were great to work with! They transformed our kids bedrooms building in functional closets. They also added some useful space to our attic for storage and they finished our garage, making it a pleasant place to be. I would definitely use Lio James for future projects!
