I got my landscape done by otero landscape around thanksgiving 2014. I installed the sprinklers myself and all they had to do was to LEVEL the landscape and lay the sod. well they never leveled it, so now everytime I walk on my lawn it is like i'm walking on the moon and fear that i'm going to sprain my ankle. I called several time after the work was done but they kept on telling me that it will settle, "give it some time" they said. well it never settled...and now they are telling me that we waited too long to say anything. after they installed the sod they had the nerve to sell my (since I paid for it) leftover sod to my neighbor. My neighbor told me that fact, Otero landscape didn't divulge that to me. I will never recommend their services! they are a bunch of liars, and have no integrity.

Otero was timely and communication was great. They removed our bamboo for a good price and even through in a bonus clean up to make things look nice at the end. I would definitely recommend them for any landscaping job.
