Working with US Family Turf turned out to be very well. They quickly gave us an estimate for our quite small job and scheduled it to be completed before the Holidays. On the day of the install rain was forecast in the afternoon, but they still made use of the morning hours and brought in help to get everything completed in time. They paid attention to the requests we made and did a very professional job!

We had a lot of different quotes before placing artificial grass in our walkway. They worked with us with pricing and even placing stepping stones. They stand by their work and even came back to fix a minor error when we pointed it out. They are quick and efficient. It's been almost a year and the job they did is still pristine. Will recommend them and use them in the future for other jobs

By far my best experience yet with a contractor/service company. They over delivered with out a doubt. I watched the entire installation process closely and I can tell you these guys are real turf specialists.
We couldn't be more happy with our final product. They had a full crew working and working hard. I won't refer any other company other than US family turf, thank you guys!

US family turf came through & installedturf on the side of my house, they even re used my stones to make a walkway.
They worked fast & efficient & it came out perfect

We offer senior citizen and military discounts. There may be certain times we may offer holiday discounts as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go through a number of steps:
1. When meeting with the customer, we come together with a design that tailors to their needs.
2. We go through the process of our warranty, installment methods, and products we use.
3. We will then take our measurements of the area that needs to be worked on and the customer will then receive an estimate from us.
4. After agreed upon, we will set project dates and start construction.
5. We will conduct quality control and have a completion done with our customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We also have a c27 and construction license, along with having many years in the artificial turf industry.
