We were very impressed with the process from start to finish. We reached out to the owner, Zach, and immediately scheduled an in person consultation. He was very conscious of the COVID-19 restrictions, but was very detailed on learning what we wanted. He provided a timely quote, which was detailed and accurate. The work was then completed as promised. It looks great! We are very happy and would recommend Outdoor Inspirations to others.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any service company. I do not believe this person is a real landscaper due to the shoddy and incomplete work I received, along with the number of falsehoods he told me. I was looking to remove a chain link fence and replace it with low maintenance bushes for privacy along with an irrigation system for watering Requirements: · Remove Chain link fence · Plant two hydrangeas against front of house · Plant 18 arbor vitae bushes around front and left perimeter of yard to replace chain link fence for privacy · Plant 4 pampas along right perimeter of front yard for privacy along neighbor’s property line · Install irrigation system to water all plants Pros: Chain link fence was removed and hauled away with no problem Cons: Irrigation System: Improper and Incomplete installation. Zach did not install a pressure regulator for the valves so the pressure continued to fluctuate drastically. Some of the lines and parts would shoot off or break due to too much pressure. The filtration system also did not work properly as the lines continuously got jammed up. We had to try to fix the system every few days on our own as Zach refused to return. He did not complete the irrigation system on one entire side of the yard which caused the plants to die. The most upsetting part is he lied and said that the drip system was underground so that I wouldn’t question it. Other landscapers I spoke to said they never heard of an underground drip system and when I hired someone else to replace the system, they dug it up and so that no such thing was installed. Arbor Vitae Plants: Weeds were not removed before planting the Arbor vitae plants. They were dying and struggling to grow. Zack stated that they would grow about 3 feet in one year. Other landscapers told me that these types of plants would take close to ten years before they grew full and tall enough to provide any privacy. Hydrangeas: These dried out in the hot sun. I asked Zach repeatedly if they would be ok in hot direct sunlight and he told me yes repeatedly. Other landscapers confirmed that these plants only do well in a couple of hours of morning sun. Pampas: Zach told me that he installed an underground drip system to water the pampas. Three of the four pampas died within 3 days after he planted them. I hand watered the fourth to keep it growing. I reached out to Zach repeatedly to come check the “underground drip system” and he kept making excuses and blowing me off. After hiring a new landscaper to redo the irrigation system, it turns out there was no underground watering system. It was a complete fabrication. My experience with Outdoor inspirations was terrible and to add insult to injury, I was lied to over and over and scammed for my money. I am truly disappointed as Zack initially came across as knowledgeable, professional and hardworking. He said he was a startup company and that he had worked on golf courses before. I decided to give him a chance as I know how hard entrepreneurship can be but now it seems to have been a ploy from the start. Please do not hire this this "company" and go with someone with a proven track record, longevity and references. My advice is hire someone with an actual contractor's license for added precaution.

Project to install sump in rear yard and drain to the front, also rerun current sprinklers and add additional drip lines and replace a valve. Scheduled walk through with Zach at 1030. Zach was on-time and completed the walk through very efficiently. He noted that he would send the estimate later in the afternoon. He delivered a detailed estimate at 2:30. Look forward to working with Zach to complete the project.

I value all my customers both future and past, and will work with them to give them a product they will be happy with while staying within a set budget. I offer senior discounts, as well as military/first responder discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy going out to customers homes, and talk with them on what they want done. I walk around the property and take measurements and pictures. After I leave I will create a detailed quote with a break down of every service, and material used in the job and email that to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Turf Management, as well as 12 plus years of experience.
