I move from Los Angeles to Reno, Nevada. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and quickly estimated (correctly) that their giant truck would not quite hold everything I was moving (I have a TON of stuff), so we promptly prioritized the important (and large) things like furniture, piano, table saw, all the big stuff that I can't do alone or with my wife, and got it all loaded. I happened to have a Uhaul trailer rented, so they helped me load that as well. They took great care to wrap up all of my furniture and remotely delicate items, and most important, my beloved piano. Once at the new house, it was back to work, and they wasted no time.Guys figured it would take at least 8 hours end to end, and they were right; even with a few small breaks (which I encouraged, it was blisteringly hot today!), they were done and cleaned up well before 9 hours total had passed. I made sure they had plenty of cold beverages and some snacks, and they were cert appreciative. These men work their tails off, I encourage you all to go the extra mile for them and offer little things like that. If all that wasn't enough, they gave me a military discount as well (even though it's not listed on the website). I tipped them well for their efforts, and again, encourage you to do the same!

Star Van Lines service was great.
They took care of everything-m. we moved from Albuquerque (3 bedroom house) to Santa Monica (4 bedroom townhouse). The team wrapped every single thing we have (tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets and etc.)- nothing was damaged in the end, loaded and unloaded, put together our beds, even helped us to unpack our stuff. Very friendly staff and Nick was awesome. No extra costs.
Total moving expenses were $2300 which is very affordable. Thank you so much!

The men that handled everything and were very efficient and professional. They had the truck loaded in an hour and a half. After they had the truck loaded, the driver told me that he would be in NE on that Friday at 8:00. The driver called me a day ahead of time to let me know that he was on time. Everyone worked very hard getting everything unloaded from the truck. If you are looking for moving service, you will find this above your standards.

The movers paid special attention to my new leather sofa and it arrived in perfect condition. This was the second move with you as I had to store originally and both relocation's were carried out in a "no issue" way. Hopefully will not require your services for a while as I really like my new location, but I am referring you to all my clients.

Last week I had a move from Calitornia to Florida and these guys helped me a lot! Moving is really very stressful process but the team from Star Vanlines did everything in the best possible way.
