- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most projects, I typically bill one of two ways, either per hour or budget-based. Understanding there is usually more than one way to achieve the desired results I am always willing to work with the client's budget as best as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an initial conversation followed by a questionnaire that assures we get the proper details we need to come up with a fair budget and timeline based on clear objectives. Once we have had a proper discovery, in most cases we provide a simple proposal back to the client that outlines: the goals and purpose of the project, and the steps to achieve those goals (ex. build a website, write an article, provide online marketing tools, etc.), and the estimated cost and projected timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as an executive marketing leader for over 15 years, and have knowledge of standard marketing practices, current trends, and practical experience creating effective tactics (websites, videos, articles, etc.) for various industry verticals. Over the years I have designed and deployed websites, mobile apps, and custom apps (*including AR/VR), produced videos, and business events for start-up and large-cap F500 companies.
