Tristan is the real deal. He’s incredibly attuned to places that need attention in the body and provides thoughtful education on the underlying processes of the body and how to also sustain healing and repair through self work between sessions. I couldn’t recommend Tristan any higher.

He asked about my issues; type of pressure i like and took it from there. His body work is like having a high end spa treatment at home. He's skilled and intuitive. Tristan’s massages are amazing. He instantly knows where my body is holding tension and has transformed my muscles completely over the course of our sessions. I can see literally see and feel the difference in my body in how I move and in the mirror, and it’s contributing to a much healthier me over time (along with diet & exercise which he’s also very knowledgeable and supportive in.) Everyone should be so lucky to be able to go to him, it really has been a huge benefit for my body. Thank you Tristan!!
