Introduction

I am certified in Thai Bodywork, various types of yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and more. Ranked 1st regionally and 8th nationally by USA Yoga, I hope to inspire others to grow from within, to depart from what is expected and to empower their strength and individuality. I pour enthusiasm, willpower and love into each and every one of my clients. Toni has been a HUGE help with my health. I had a bad injury to my lower back that I had trouble healing from. I was in chronic pain 24-7 and had major mobility issues and walked with a cane. I started seeing vulgar yogi for 1 on 1 yoga training and was amazed by the immediate results. Shes an amazing teacher and has a thorough understanding of the body, even more so then the many physical therapists I had seen. With training from Toni, I was able to get my pain level down significantly and help restore my mobility completely. I now go to vulgar yogi for regular Thai body work, to manage my chronic pain. After several body work sessions my pain level is Down to almost nothing. Ill never see a doctor for back pain ever again. Thank you Toni!

I have been taking Bikram classes almost every day for the past 4 years. I have had many teachers at many different studios and all bring a different flavor and insight to my practice. Toni is by far one of the best. She brings a positive energy that brightens the room and at the same time a calm that lets you focus 100% on the practice. Toni has an eagle eye on everyone in the class and makes appropriate correction instructions when needed. She always gives modification instruction without missing a beat for a safe practice. After class I always feel I worked my hardest thanks to her encouragement and focus. Every week I am grateful to have added this 90 minutes to my life

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer remote and in home practices for a $30 travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients must fill out an intake form. Sessions are performed on a padded mat on the floor, giving practitioners better leverage in deep muscle stretching and joint release. You’ll remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire as the practitioner uses their hands, knuckles, elbows, and feet to access acupressure points and employ a series of movements that stretch the entire body using an Ayurvedic perspective.
