I am certified in Thai Bodywork, various types of yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and more. Ranked 1st regionally and 8th nationally by USA Yoga, I hope to inspire others to grow from within, to depart from what is expected and to empower their strength and individuality. I have my doctorate in physical therapy. Toni knows proper form to avoid injury, technique to maximize strengthening and results. She has passion for her work and students, which is reflected in her teaching and attention to detail. Of course its hard. How will you change and meet your goals doing the same things? Definition of insanity. I promise if you stick with her you will get stronger each week, be present in the moment, and reach the goals in which you want to achieve.

Very challenging class. I do iron man's, spartan races, and lots of gym classes from orange theory to solid core and this is the most complete and challenging. It incorporates cardio, core, and flexibility. Bring charge of clothes though becasue you will sweat! She is also a super energy advanced instructor that does the class with you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer remote and in home practices for a $30 travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients must fill out an intake form. Sessions are performed on a padded mat on the floor, giving practitioners better leverage in deep muscle stretching and joint release. You’ll remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire as the practitioner uses their hands, knuckles, elbows, and feet to access acupressure points and employ a series of movements that stretch the entire body using an Ayurvedic perspective.
