  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The Lime Truck is only available for catering events. We do not sell food off the truck to individuals. Our limited packages start at $9.50/person and our unlimited packages start at $16.50/person, with a general minimum of $1,200 in food and beverage; travel fees, tax and gratuity not included.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We like to get to know our guests and what kind of experience they are looking for. Based on that and their budget, we will pick a package that matches their desires. A 50% deposit is required, to put a hold on the date - it is first come, first serve - so the deposit is CRUCIAL. After that, we work together to build the perfect menu, and go through all of your event details, to ensure everything is seamless from start to finish.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    In our 8 years of business we’ve catered over 750 weddings & countless private & corporate events. We won season 2 of the great food truck race on the food network, earned the title of best food truck in OC & LA, we’re rated among the top 10 food trucks in America by Yahoo, and best new restaurant in Orange County! We mention all of these accolades not brag, but to share our achievements that have followed all of our hard work over the years. We care about what we do here and take great pride in our work. Our crew has been with us for over 7 years. We provide A+ service and our food is amazing!
