I cant say enough good things about Pure Home Testing. We started noticing a musty smell in our downstairs bedroom and my daughters allergies were getting worse, so I called around a few places for mold testing and inspection in the LA area. What stood out about Pure Home was that they actually listened to what we were dealing with instead of just quoting a flat fee over the phone.The technician showed up on time, was super professional, and walked me through exactly what their mold testing and inspection process would look like before he started. He took air samples in the affected room plus a baseline outside, and did a thorough visual inspection of the crawl space (which I appreciated most companies skip that part of a real mold inspection). He explained everything in plain English without trying to scare us into anything.The lab report came back 24 hours later and they sat down with me to go over the findings what was elevated, what wasnt, and what it actually meant for our family. Because they only do mold testing and inspection (not remediation), I felt like I was getting an honest assessment instead of a sales pitch. My experience with John was a great learning experience. He slowly walked me through the whole process from initial inspection to swab and air sampling everything he explained made perfect sense. Living in LA/Santa Monica close to the beach there is high humidity and doing a mold inspection/testing saved me thousands of dollars on remediation!
