I carelessly did not give a local contact number and gave final confirmation of our moving date the day of the move instead of at least 3 days prior. Cali was patient and fit me in after giving my reserved time to another customer. Once the 2 movers arrived, they quickly but carefully moved the designated furniture to a storage locker. They also moved a couple of very heavy items downstairs for us that weren’t on our list so we wouldn’t have to hurt ourselves moving the big pieces. They agreed to move the items without complaint. Once at the storage facility about 5 miles away, they unloaded and neatly situated the furniture in the locker. They forgot just one thing - the metal frame to a twin bed. Good work done quickly, reasonably and with a smile. Would use the company again.

Douglas and the two movers he brought, were very responsive and professional. When hiring movers by the hour I’ve had experiences where they take there time. This was the opposite experience. They were very efficient and proactive. I appreciate how responsive Douglas was, and was accommodating to the timing that I wanted, that kept changing. Would hire again! Thank you.
