- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on how big the job is and how many men are needed to move. It also depends on how prepared you are, it might cost more if you need help packing belongings into boxes for example. We have a 3 hour minimum for all local moving services . Peak hour rates may apply for beginning and end of month moves as well as weekend moves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss your needs and ask any questions to fully understand what's desired. Do you need packing services? How much furniture or boxes will be involved?
