The movers showed up early, called before they arrived, disassembled and wrapped furniture perfectly, and had a great positive attitude. I would recommend them.

Made our move from Los Angeles to Las Vegas a breeze, and was available the exact date and time we needed. Very accommodating! Very professional and was the lowest bid we got so win win for us. Very hard workers. I can trust my personal belongings with the movers. All of my furniture were professionally wrapped. Two of my 60" TV's were all wrapped up with blankets. Great Job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our local moves, we charge by the hour. Movers start work once the client presses the start button on our tablet. The work ends once the last item has been unloaded and the client presses the finish button. Everything is being tracked electronically, so the client will have a complete break down of the hours and pricing. There are NO extra fees or hidden charges!
If the distance between the pick up and drop off address is over 10 miles then the time for driving will be doubled. For example, 30 minutes real time driving will cost 1 hour. (The Double Drive Time Law (DDT))
No gas or mileage fees and no extra charges.
Our company is fully licensed and insured.
The following is included in our hourly rates:

Protective blankets
Wardrobe boxes - only during the move
Assembly and Disassembly
Packing and Unpacking

Please note that your hourly rate does not include the following items:

Contact our team to discuss your long distance move. We would love to understand the scope and details of the project and give you a great flat rate! Ask about our specials to San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, Las Vegas and Phoenix.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is the client contacts me. Gives me a date, time and the size of the move. I send the estimate and we proceed with booking. Booking can be done easily online or over the phone. The client will receive a confirmation letter via e-mail with all the necessary information regarding the move. The client looks it over, make sure everything is correct, signs and submits it. That would complete the booking process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have moved clients for over 7 years, worked for multiple moving companies and started Nomad Movers in 2016. Even though the company may be young, our movers are experienced, well trained passionate people.
