- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CLEANING SERVICES : Once you send a request for your cleaning job we will email you a quote for you to accept and confirm the booking. The quote will have a list of the work we will do and the list of chemicals/supplies we use for your safety. There will be two team members for all appointments,. FOR PACKING: 3 HOUR MINIMUM (this will include two employees helping the client). You will save an average of 200$ because all packing supplies are provided , not need to do any shopping! You will receive a quote in an email for you to accept and confirm the booking . FOR BOTH PACKING AND UNPACKING: 45$HR per team member. It will vary from 2-3 team members depending on the size of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Send us a booking request for your specific job 2. We will respond asking for email to send a quote 3. Quote will have list of work we will do and list of supplies we will use for you to read. 4. Accept the quote, confirm booking by sending full address and start time 5. We show up and do the work! 6. Before we are done you will receive and invoice ( same price unless the client added any extra services, per request ) 7. Payment due at the end of service You're All Done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PACKING/UNPACKING: New nest employees are trained to know logic placement of your belongings and work to efficient while protecting your items.
