- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge fair, flat-rate pricing based on the type and complexity of the documents you need. While we don’t typically offer discounts, this reflects the quality, care, and attention we put into every case. We take the time to provide excellent service and clear communication, so you always know what you’re getting—and there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief consultation to understand your needs and determine what documents are required. Once we confirm the details, we collect your information securely and prepare your documents accurately and efficiently. We keep you updated every step of the way, and most services are completed within a few days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant (LDA) in California. I’ve completed professional training in legal procedures, form preparation, and document filing, and stay up to date with the latest court requirements.
