I’m a passionate event designer and planner that focuses on creating quality, beautiful events that are sure to leave you and your guests in awe! I genuinely take pride in creating memorable, intimate memories and moments that will last a life time, because for me event aesthetics sets the tone for the memories that will be created .
I’ve been in business officially for 1 year, but unofficially for the last 15 years as I’ve created countless memorable occasions for friends and family over the years and finally- during the pandemic decided to make it official 😊

Kim was absolutely amazing! She was my initial contact through thumbtack for my niece's baby shower. She was a very patient and active listener throughout my whole event planning. For certain reasons the event didn't happen on an actual day and was postponed. For the new date even though Kim was unavailable due to her travel plans, she accommodated another amazing person Rena.
Rena is just the best who helped me with the whole event decor and as well our day-of-coordinator. She was so on top of everything, taking care of each and every fine detail! Not only did she do an outstanding job, keeping things running smoothly, engaging the guests with games, and cleaning up, but She also was great keep things rolling in the same order I planned and explained to her. She took care of every ritual of the event and did a fabulous job of capturing all the moments making it super memorable. Her simple ideas on decor and goodie bags just have the artist's touch. She even helped me to clean up after celebrations and put the house back to shape. Rena's efforts are straight from the heart.
Rena and Kim both are Super professional, responsive, good value, high-quality work, punctual by staying on top of things, and above all, had lots of positive energy and light.
Highly recommend both for any event to be a grand success, I will definitely use them again for any of my upcoming events.

The food was flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The presentation made my mouth water. It felt like I was in the presence of family dealing with her interactions , she was very approachable and friendly. Would definitely recommend her 10 out of 10!

Kim was absolutely amazing! She was our day-of-coordinator for my son’s 3rd birthday and she was so on top of it! Not only did she do an amazing time setting up, keeping things running smoothly and cleaning up, but she also was super helpful leading up to the event with ideas and recommendations to make the party a success! Super professional, super responsive, and above all, had such a positive energy and light. Will definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone I know!!

If you are looking to throw a wonderful and spectacular event, look no further than A seat at the table by Kim. I reached out to Kim a few weeks ago on ThumbTack to help plan my mom 60th Hawaiian themed surprise birthday party. And let me tell you, it was the best event planning decision everrrrr!!!
Kim made sure to bring my vision to life and stayed within our budget. From the music, décor, and seating arrangement, She took care of everything! And best of all, went above and beyond to ensure we received the service we expected. She is a great communicator. There’s nothing more disappointing than hearing about event hiccups last minute or after the fact. This wasn’t the case with her - thank goodness. All project updates were given in a timely and professional manner.
She also catered the event with an ohh soo delicious spread of food and snacks. Her BBQ chicken Hawaiian sliders are bomb!!! Chef’s kiss!
I have no regrets and would hire her again. I highly recommend!
