Kim made the vision for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party come to life with such care and beauty put into every element, which made the evening very special and memorable! Working with Kim as our wedding weekend and day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! From the very beginning, Kim impressed us with her organization, responsiveness, and clear communication. She made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt confident that everything was in great hands. Our wedding party was large, 24 people (26 including us!, but Kim coordinated everyone with ease and grace. She created detailed master timelines that covered the entire wedding weekend, from pre-wedding events and day-of prep to the full run of show for the ceremony and reception. Every detail was thought through, and thanks to her careful planning, kept everyone accountable for time. Kim went above and beyond by setting up and facilitating meetings for each major part of our wedding: wedding party coordination, special roles, photography and content planning, DJ and violinist logistics, and more. She also scheduled regular check-ins with us throughout the planning process, which helped us stay organized and at ease. She led our wedding rehearsal with confidence and warmth, making sure everyone knew what to expect and felt comfortable with their roles. Throughout the entire process, Kim offered practical, thoughtful advice that only comes from someone who truly cares about making your day perfect. On top of all her professionalism and attention to detail, Kim was just such a joy to work with: kind, friendly, welcoming, and calm no matter what came up. Her energy set the tone for the entire weekend. It’s hard to believe this was her first wedding project, because she handled everything like a seasoned pro. She travels as well. We’re endlessly grateful to Kim for making our wedding weekend so seamless, joyful, and stress-free. Kim was absolutely amazing! She was my initial contact through thumbtack for my niece's baby shower. She was a very patient and active listener throughout my whole event planning. For certain reasons the event didn't happen on an actual day and was postponed. For the new date even though Kim was unavailable due to her travel plans, she accommodated another amazing person Rena. Rena is just the best who helped me with the whole event decor and as well our day-of-coordinator. She was so on top of everything, taking care of each and every fine detail! Not only did she do an outstanding job, keeping things running smoothly, engaging the guests with games, and cleaning up, but She also was great keep things rolling in the same order I planned and explained to her. She took care of every ritual of the event and did a fabulous job of capturing all the moments making it super memorable. Her simple ideas on decor and goodie bags just have the artist's touch. She even helped me to clean up after celebrations and put the house back to shape. Rena's efforts are straight from the heart. Rena and Kim both are Super professional, responsive, good value, high-quality work, punctual by staying on top of things, and above all, had lots of positive energy and light.  Highly recommend both for any event to be a grand success, I will definitely use them again for any of my upcoming events.
