- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum booking is four hours for $350, which allows us enough time to create real, lasting change without feeling rushed. This ensures the work is done thoughtfully and with intention. I offer more than traditional home organizing. Along with decluttering and organizing your physical space, I support your personal space as well—helping reduce overwhelm, guide decisions, and create systems that truly work for your lifestyle. I also provide moving-in and moving-out services, including packing, unpacking, and setting up your home with ease, as well as concierge services to help manage the details that come with running a household. My approach is hands-on, calm, and collaborative. This is not just about organizing- it’s about creating clarity, comfort, and a home that supports you. 💛
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually begins with a conversation to understand exactly what the client needs. For home organization or moving in/out, I often ask clients to send pictures of the space and share details about their goals. This helps me get a clear sense of the layout, furniture, and scope of the project so I can plan efficiently and make the process as smooth as possible. From the very beginning, my goal is to listen, understand, and tailor the plan to each client’s unique needs, so we start off on the right foot and the results are exactly what they’re looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don’t have a traditional academic background in this field, I’ve invested years in mental and personal development training that shapes how I work. I’ve studied things like mindfulness, organization psychology, life coaching techniques, and wellness practices—all of which help me understand my clients’ needs and create spaces that feel calm, balanced, and functional. I call this my “inner education.” It allows me to not just declutter a home, but to create systems and environments that truly support the way my clients live and feel. That’s my other background: Bachelor in Business Management and Administration, MBA.
