My career in the culinary industry has spanned over 13 years, where I have had the honour of working at some of the best restaurants in the country, including; Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York, The four Seasons Jackson Hole, Mica in Philadelphia, and JoLē in Napa. I lived in Napa for two years, where I worked at wineries and studied the art of food and wine pairing.
