I hired Meeshell to teach myself and my 16 year old daughter who has multiple food allergies.(wheat,corn,nuts,seeds,avocado,beans,bananas,fish and shellfish) how to cook.Meeshell gives me a shopping list and menus each week before she comes to our home to teach us.Meeshell is so knowledgable if I'm not sure what to get she sends me pictures.My daughter and I have learned so much and have tried new foods we never would've ,had we not have hired and met her. Meeshell has made cooking fun for us my daughter and I look forward to are lessons.I feel so blessed to have found her and relieved that there are a variety of options for my daughter and as a result of her expertise the whole family is eating healthier and is losing weight. I can't thank you enough for putting me in touch with her.

Cannot say enough good things about Chef Meeshell! We were fortunate to have her prepare a delightful meal at a wonderful VRBO home we rented in Templeton just prior to the COVID 19 shutdown. From planning to execution everything exceeded our expectations. Meeshell takes great pride in every detail and made it so easy to enjoy a great meal with our friends and family. We’ll definitely use her again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call, then, interviewing in person, I have to be able to connect with my clients and see if we are in alignment. I have to like the people I am cooking for in order to put my love and intent into my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I am interested in acquiring a degree in homeopathy. I am a healer and would like to broaden my skills.
