I hold a Grand Diplome from Le Cordon Bleu and run a Private Chef & Catering Company based in Los Angeles. We cater to all your needs - from family style to multi-course plated dinners and cocktail receptions, weddings, birthdays, holiday parties and more. Finally, my never-ending hunt for the best chef in LA is OVER. I have hired tons of chefs for a variety of private events and none even come close. I hired Coral for a large birthday dinner and everything was perfect! She is not only an incredibly talented chef who cooks food you will be thinking about (and endlessly craving) for days, but she is is hilarious and fun to have in your kitchen. She's quick, on-time, and did I say funny? Ok, her personality is a bonus, but seriously her food is unreal. THANK YOU, Coral, for the most amazing surprise birthday dinner for my fiance! We cant wait to have your food again soon!!!

Coral catered our dinner party for 13. She offered us numerous, creative menus to choose from, making selecting one the only difficult part of working with her. The 4 course meal she served was perfectly timed for every dish and the presentation lovely. I highly recommend Coral!

My office hosts several events. We used to cater until we got a referral for a private chef in Coral. We now have an "in house chef" to personalize our menu. She's an incredible cook and has the most amazing and flexible personality. She can accommodate and modify to cook for any specific dietary restrictions as needed, as she's done several times. Everyone seems to gravitate towards her and the party is always in the kitchen because of her. We salivate over the food she magically prepares and everyone looks forward to our events because of her gourmet foods. 10/10- highly recommend.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    There are two ways we charge. A day rate for a family of up to 6 is $600 + cost of groceries. Parties above that are quoted per person, inclusive cost of groceries.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I ask them for any specs required to quote accurately, including number of guests, time, location, severs, cuisine preferences. Then I send over menu suggestions for them to select from.
