Introduction: Our Story West African fusions served up family-style and small plates. In the past few years, west African cuisine began to make its mark on the culinary industry with top chefs highlighting notes and flavors of the diaspora. West Africa has its own special blend of spices and aromatics, but the meals and ingredients are similar to many indigenous cultures. It is these similarities that inspire our dishes, showcasing the parallel in food culture, taste, ingredients, and the way meals are served around the world. Chef Ben was amazing from start to finish . He responded quickly and had the menu ready for review the next day. Very professional and easy to work with and his staff was also amazing ! Now let me tell you the foooood was exquisite, he really delivered and made my moms bday extra special! The food was tasty and presentation even better ! What an experience, thank you chef Ben! 10/10 I would recommend!

Ben was just super nice .. I hired him for pre Mother’s Day dinner for my sisters n nieces. We had never done in home chef before and he just made this such a great experience. I will totally recommend him. The food was excellent and when he was all done catering to all of us . My kitchen was left super clean . There was no sign that a four course meal was ever served. Thank you so much for making this our first but not last experience the best ever 😊

I can't begin to extend the gratitude my whole group of family and friends had with Chef Ben. His communication was stellar from the time I reached out to him, as well as the whole day he cooked for us. Both meals he prepared were out of this world and we are so greatful to have had him at our home! HIGHLY recommended. Can't wait to use his services again for many more meals/events! Super integrity, did everything possible to serve dinner. Worked nearly 6 straight hours with no break, preping, cooking and cleaning. One tip: Get the Avocado Toast and order more than 1 per person, people are going to eat them and love them!

    With new customers, after accepting our quote and agreeing to a time for services, we contact the customer for a consultation to gather more details about the job. This process allows us to be prepare well for the job, upon completion of the service we ask our customer for feedback on the service we provided.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always love to cook, from a young age staying up late and watching my mother cook was very inspiring in my decision to get trained and establish myself as a top chef in the Los Angeles culinary community.
