Hello, I am Ben, executive chef of Food 4 Thoughts LLC. I would like to introduce myself and our company to you. This team consists of a very diverse background with different cultures represented in the food and services. We provide custom menus, world class service and food that most of our clients describe as exceptional flavors and ingredients. Our goal is to provide a unique culinary experience for each client at a fair price, and to stand out from other caterers in our abilities to draw from a fusion of worldly cuisines. Food 4 Thoughts were the most amazing caterers I have ever worked with. Not only were they prompt, punctual, and responsive, they were incredibly creative and thoughtful. From menu planning to execution, everything surpassed my expectations. The food not only fit the theme beautifully, but everyone at the party couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was. The corn chowder was out of this world and the steak was some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff carried the passed apps up the steep stairs without blinking an eye, and the chefs were courteous, passionate and kind. A rare gem of personality and care that is so hard to find. Surpassed all expectations and brought the wow factor.

I can't begin to extend the gratitude my whole group of family and friends had with Chef Ben. His communication was stellar from the time I reached out to him, as well as the whole day he cooked for us. Both meals he prepared were out of this world and we are so greatful to have had him at our home! HIGHLY recommended. Can't wait to use his services again for many more meals/events! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!

With new customers, after accepting our quote and agreeing to a time for services, we contact the customer for a consultation to gather more details about the job. This process allows us to be prepare well for the job, upon completion of the service we ask our customer for feedback on the service we provided.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always love to cook, from a young age staying up late and watching my mother cook was very inspiring in my decision to get trained and establish myself as a top chef in the Los Angeles culinary community.
