I've had my share of trainers and bootcamps and work out programs in the last 10 years and I have to say that Victoria blows them all away. This woman is the real deal as far as fitness and nutrition goes, she really knows her stuff and knows how to cater it to YOU personally. The results I have gotten from Victoria far surpass anything I have ever experienced, and in a short amount of time because she keeps you motivated and keeps you wanting more. She is tough, really tough, but not mean, she just wants the best for you and knows what is best for you to get the results you didn't even know you wanted yet. There are muscles that I didn't even know I had that are all of a sudden toned and make my body look so svelte. It's so awesome. I feel great and I look great and I owe it to Victoria.

I've been training with Victoria since 2009 when I met her at a popular chain-store gym. At this gym I had worked out with three other trainers and none could come close to the intensity, the unwavering focus that Victoria displayed at each workout. When she left that gym I sought her out and she worked me out in a public park until my membership contract was up and I was free to join another gym. When she began training me, I feared that this kind of focus could be the kind where the trainer just pushes and pushes until I drop or get hurt and then calls that my "limit." Not so. Through working out with Victoria, I have learned to trust. Not only her but other people that I put myself into the capable hands of. My head tells me that I can do only so much, only so many reps before failing. Victoria knows me better than I do, if she asks me to do something that means she has faith that I can. I do it, no questions asked and I have never failed at something she has asked me to do. The results have been astounding. I sweat like a rainstorm and use two towels each workout, I drink an ocean of water and time all of my meals around my training. The workouts I used to do that took me a full hour are now my warm ups and I never leave the gym thinking, I got some left. We have never done the same workout routine twice in our four+ years together, as I grow and change she refocuses the approach. This tailored one-of-a-kind approach that Victoria has been using on me has delivered me to the best shape of my life - and we are far from done.

I've been training with Victoria for over a year...and even though I love my fitness classes.(spinning..kick boxing....Hot yoga ..running.) There is something different with training with Victoria that surpasses ALL of that!!...You may think you are training hard enough...you are training long enough ..... You are training enough days... Enough classes..running enough miles.... but once you train with her...you will feel the difference... Her workouts will change and will have many different varieties to them..They will be customize to your own body ...You will never get bored with her..She will motivate you to be better and at the same time make sure you are doing it safely. But above all else...and most importantly (for me ) was how comfortable she will make you feel with her. The only complaint I have is I wish I would have met her sooner!!

My husband gave me a gift of 20 sessions with a personal trainer for my 40th birthday. I have been an athlete all my life, but between the birth of my son and a demanding work schedule, I hadn’t had much time for fitness for a couple of years and was out of shape and needing to drop some weight. I looked around to find a trainer who seemed like a good fit, and Victoria was my first choice. She was incredibly accommodating – she agreed to come to a park near my workplace (which was located outside her normal client area) during my lunch hour twice a week. She brought all of her equipment with her, and all I had to do was show up and be ready to work. Her workouts were incredibly challenging and never boring. She did a great job of tailoring each workout to match my capabilities on each particular day (including when I was sick or simply struggling physically for some reason). With 2 workouts a week and only 20 sessions total, she was able to absolutely transform my body. I got strong, fast, and fit and lost several inches off my waist and thighs. The best part is that she has continued offering her support even though I am no longer a client, and as a result I have been able to keep pursuing my fitness goals on my own. If you want to get fit quickly and without spending a ton of time working out, I highly recommend hiring Victoria. I have done many workout regimens in my life, including working with trainers as a college athlete, and as long as you are willing to work hard, Victoria’s methodology and workouts are by far the most efficient path to all-over fitness I have ever witnessed.

    I charge my clients in "Month to Month" packages. My Rate depends on how frequently you train. My prices are always competitive and fair.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am constantly staying on top of the newest health studies and trends! It is so important to continue learning. I want to be the best!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I train my clients at private gyms. I also do a lot of in home training, as well as in parks. I'ts the clients preference.
