As most women 50 years old already realize, it is very difficult to loose weight! Damn menopause! Yes, I've tried it all - trust me! But, I can tell you that Nikki's overall personalized approach (to my diet and exercise) was the best thing I could've done for myself - ever! I feel great, full of energy and love the compliments I receive from the hubby, too! I didn't think I could get the weight off, but Nikki's expertise made it all possible! Great training experience with this company. When I started I weighed 247. With the overall help with nutrition and training. I am now at 215 and feel great. I feel like this has been more then just training, a life style change for a better me.
