Here's a glimpse of our typical process for working with a new customer: Initial Consultation: To kick things off, we'll schedule an initial consultation. This is our chance to get to know you better! We'll discuss your fitness goals, any previous exercise experience, and any specific needs or concerns you may have. This conversation helps us tailor a program just for you. Fitness Assessment (in person only): Once we've established your goals, we'll conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment. This involves evaluating your current fitness level, body composition, and any physical limitations you may have. It's a crucial step in designing a personalized workout plan. Program Design: Using the information from your consultation and assessment, we'll create a customized fitness program. This program will include a combination of strength training, cardio, flexibility exercises, and nutrition recommendations—all designed to help you reach your goals efficiently and safely. Training Sessions: It's time to start training! You'll work closely with me will guide you through your workouts, ensuring proper form and technique. Your progress will be closely monitored, and we'll make adjustments to your program as needed. If you are an Online coaching client this will be provided through my app. You will get all the benefits as in-person clients but with the flexibility of doing your workouts on your own time with access to me a click away. Nutrition Guidance: We believe in the importance of a well-balanced diet to support your fitness goals. We'll provide you with nutrition guidance, meal plans, and tips to help you make healthier choices and fuel your body for success. Ongoing Support: I'm here for you every step of the way. If you have questions or need extra motivation, I'm just a call or message away.
