Andrew is an exceptional person. Yes, he's a great trainer with tremendous knowledge of human physiology and muscle anatomy. But more impressively, his passion for living healthy in both mind and body are truly inspirational for me - making working out much more than just lifting weights or doing cardio. Andrew's intense focus to train "the right way", has allowed me to continue working out and making tremendous progress towards my goal of being fit at 60 - and I don't fear debilitating injuries working out with him He has an amazingly creative approach to fitness - combining weight training, body weight exercises, stretching, balance exercises and healthy eating. His knowledge of food and diet modification plans has helped me tremendously. Andrew is a friend. Truly caring about my well being in the most genuine and human way. It's been a gift to know him and work out with him.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Come to me $85.00 Per session - Month to month commitment required. In-Home $120-$150 Per session -Month to month commitment required. Travel training $500 a day + Room and board.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Step 1. I first get to know you, your goals, when you want to achieve them by, what has been holding you back, Injuries, health history, and day-to-day schedule. Step 2. We weigh you, take photos, and go through a movement and aerobic assessment. The movement and aerobic assessment consist of a handful of exercises that allows me to effectively assess your starting point, strengths, weaknesses, any predispositions to injuries so that appropriately develop your program. Step 3. Combining the information from step 1 and 2, we work together to develop your action plan of habits that will lead you down your path to success. Step 4. We train hard, we train smart, we check in, modify when necessary, and strive to live our healthiest, best lives.
