** During Covid-19, I am pleased to offer at-home and remote training sessions, following CDC guidelines. I train my clients at a state-of-the-art trainers gym in the West Hollywood / Beverly Hills adjacent area. It offers great amenities and has ample parking. I also travel to my clients if they have a home gym or a gym in their apartment building. I am extremely passionate about fitness. I take pride in seeing the change in each and every one of my clients. I love the physical change and just as importantly, the mental change, the confidence and happiness they exude when seeing the transformation to their bodies. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I work with celebrities who want to be fit for a movie role, models who want to look good for an important shoot, executives in the entertainment and corporate worlds and stay-at-home moms. I meet wonderful people, and I love seeing the change in them and the joy that my workouts bring to them.

Charles is FANTASTIC during the evaluation. So we HIRED Charles to get dad in shape. My dad is a highly functioning 85 year old Navy Vet who’s is also a avid golfer. However the stay at home orders got him out of shape and over weight. He was resisting at first. But dad is all in after the evaluation revealed he wasn’t as fit as he thought. 😂 The best part is my dad is enjoying the journey and improving his golf game. Charles is heaven sent! 💜🙏🏾😁 Thank you Charles… With gratitude, respect and appreciation, RC ( aka Happy Client!) PS. Overheard my dad on phone bragging about his personal trainer. Simply the best of the best. I've been training with Charlie for thirteen years now, three times a week. I am an entertainment industry professional, and I send all my clients to him when they are on deadline to get in shape for a movie role or a magazine shoot, because I know he is the only one who can actually accomplish the task. And he is smart, witty and reasonably priced..what else can you ask for...

$65/one hour private session $600/package of 10 one hour private sessions $45/one hour semi private session
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a customer first and assess the level of their physical fitness. I like to inquire about their eating habits as well. I am not a personal trainer who believes in a strict diet. I believe that you can enjoy the foods that you love in moderation, but also paired with a great workout routine, customized specifically for each customer.
