Hi!
My name is Clovis, I’m Physiotherapy with specialization in Clinical Osteopathy, I become a Personal trainer and Fitness Coach since 2016 because I love exercising, I believe that when we feel strong in our bodies, we feel stronger in every aspect of our lives. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels to lose weight, gain strength, change their body composition, have more energy, feel more confident, improve their health and often all of that. Together we work on changing mindsets, making small incremental lifestyle changes that result in big gains and creating short-term and long-term exercise plans that are manageable, fun, and empowering.
I offer PERSONAL and REMOTE / ONLINE training, and ALL my TRAINING SESSIONS last 60 MINUTES.
ONLINE PROGRAMS WITH TRAINING AND DIET: $300 monthly
IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS: $85
