- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the pricing at TFL is based on need, frequency of workout schedule, and level of coaching/training instruction required for each client. We are more than happy to have a consultation with you and discuss pricing based on your individual needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, we begin by conducting our initial interview with each client to see if we are a complimentary pairing for their needs and if the prospective client feels comfortable with our training approach. After this, we share our pricing structure and once we get a commitment from our future client we onboard them into our training app platform where all of their workouts and instruction will be housed. We also remind each customer that this is a completely virtual personal training experience which means they control when they workout on their own time, but have access to TFL Trainers through messaging and video chat services 24/7.

The Founder - Joshua J. Bullock has credentials in the following specializations from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM): 1. Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) 2. Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) 3. Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC)
