I'm Kai, a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and health and wellness coach based in Los Angeles, California. I will meet you at your unique and current level and help you reach that next stage in health, fitness, and wellness. If you are already currently active we can take off from there to reach new heights of fitness, movement, and strength. If you are dealing with chronic pain, postural issues, or transitioning from physical therapy I can help bridge the transition to high level exercise and optimal wellness. Kai is masterful at integrating therapeutic exercise, yoga, and mindfulness into his fitness teachings. For the past 4 months, my goals with him have included muscle growth, endurance, and living a healthy lifestyle. Within this timeframe, he has used my goals as a template for the way he approaches our time together. I always leave the class with a better understanding of how to feel my best emotionally and physically. I use this knowledge every day now, even in workouts outside of our weekly meetups.     I offer flat single session rates as well as a variety of package training series to meet your needs.

    We will start with a 30 minute assessment and go from there based on your goals, what you would like to accomplish, and how I can best help.
