I have been going to HealHop for almost a year now and I highly recommend! I have developed a real love for the meditative nature and physical challenge that rowing provides. Brian is a great teacher and is knowledgeable in many fitness areas. Each class can be much more than just rowing. My workout mix has included Qigong, ski and bike machines, and boxing. Always a heavy emphasis on stretching pre and post workout! Brian also tracks your progress so you can see how far youve come.

As a recovering alcoholic, I was looking for a way to help keep me focused on living a healthy and sober lifestyle. Brian and the HealHop system gave me exactly what I needed. Brian has taught me about the mind/body connection and given me awareness of my destructive behavioral patterns. I have seen tremendous results in a short period of time and would recommend this to anyone who has the desire to be the best version of themselves. The only prerequisite is that you have to WANT it! Thank you HealHop!

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an Assessment Session to identify goals, strengths and weaknesses. Together we figure out the best exercises for the individual. We do not believe in any "one-size-fits-all" method.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- 10 years of martial arts experience
- owned a meditative rowing studio
- currently teaching at Kaizen Academy in Venice
- currently working with FightFit (mobile personal training)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love all things relating to fitness and self improvement. This work is purposeful to me and feels very natural and I wanted to spread the joy of movement with others.
