FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is structured to reward consistency, because consistent training is the only path to real results. A single session is $120, but most clients choose a package because the value increases as your commitment increases: • 8-session package: $100 per session • 12-session package: $80 per session (best value) Sessions are 1 hour and take place in my private rooftop gym overlooking Los Angeles, or in your home if you prefer. No hidden fees, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation We map out your goals, your lifestyle, your schedule, and your training history. I want to understand the real reason you’re seeking a trainer, whether it’s strength, fat loss, structure, confidence, or accountability. 2. Movement & Strength Evaluation I take you through a short assessment to identify mobility, strength, and posture patterns. This helps me design a program that makes sense for your body, not a generic template. 3. Customized Training Program You receive a progressive plan built around your ability level, schedule, and goals. Designed to get measurable results within the first 4–6 weeks. 4. Training Sessions We train either in my private rooftop gym overlooking LA or at your home. Every session is structured, intentional, and adjusted in real time based on your progress. 5. Weekly Check-ins & Adjustments I monitor your performance, recovery, and energy levels so the program evolves with you, not against you. Most clients tell me the biggest difference is how supported and structured they feel from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years of experience in strength training, human performance, and physical education. I earned my professional certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Beyond formal education, my real advantage is experience — nearly two decades training myself and hundreds of clients with a focus on long-term strength, body recomposition, and sustainable habit-building.
