I help clients conquer the root causes of their health issues and mentality around fitness so they can have less pain, move better, be confident, fitter, THRIVE, and live that happy life. I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and FXNA-Certified Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner. I address gut health, joint health, cardiovascular health, physical mobility, training, nutrition, nervous system health, sleep, and lifestyle. I am also certified to give supplements and as a provider on FullScript. It is my mission to give you the highest level of dedication and service. All I need is your presence, seeing you frequently, and keeping up with your diet, workout, and lifestyle homework outside of our sessions for you to get the best results and be #HealthAF yourself. I encourage, push, and catch you every step of the way. We just keep putting one foot in front of the other ☺️ Currently offering: Nutrition Sessions - $99 virtual. Depending on location, I can come to your home and help you navigate your kitchen or grocery store for $135/session. I am a functional nutritionist as well as a coach, so I help people manage chronic disease symptoms and health status, digestive issues, different phases of life, and their relationship to food. In-Person Training Los Angeles Only - $135/session. Minimum 3 sessions per week. Total Package 🔥 5-days per week, Monday thru Friday at $109/session, assuming 20 sessions per month. This includes 3 workouts, 1 nutrition session, and 1 mobility/stretching/mindfulness session per week. Based on an individual’s needs, the sessions may vary for more workouts, less nutrition, or more mobility. Virtual Training and Nutrition - $99/session. Minimum 2 sessions per week for training. I use apps for training and nutrition to help us communicate accurately, keep track of everything, and help you learn. I also have a Guidebook for how to be HealthAF, so you always know what to eat and what to do. Training Skills: Injuries and getting back to athletics after physical therapy, functional corrective strength training for posture, injuries, chronic pain, and prevention; pre and post-natal training. I started working with Audrey when I was 6 months postpartum with twins, and with significant ab separation (diastasis recti). I wanted to heal and strengthen my core and get back to running. I also had never trained with weights before. Audrey is an incredibly skilled and patient teacher - I could not believe how much progress I made so quickly! My abs had plateaued and even seemed to be getting worse before we trained, and they are dramatically better now—everyone has noticed, most of all, me. I also have a much deeper intuition for how to train safely with my abs in mind - and I’m back to my old running pace and distance! Thank you so much, Audrey!

Audrey is the absolute best!! I highly recommend training with her. I started working with her when I was training for a half marathon and wanted to strength train. Audrey helped me to stay injury free so I could complete my half marathon (and I also learned how to do a proper-squat LOL)! Not only is she super knowledgeable, she's also really fun to train with! You should totally work with her!!!

Audrey is the best trainer I've ever worked out with. She is super motivating, extremely knowledgeable about form, and is excellent at focusing on the areas of my body that I want to work on. I am stronger and have lost weight but the best part of working with Audrey isn't how hard she made me work, or even the results, it's how positive and accepting she always is!

Audrey is absolutely amazing!!! She is very sensitive to the personal needs/preferences of clients. She makes great efforts in the customization of exercise plans to ensure that clients can achieve their goals in the way that works best for their body, routine, and general lifestyle. She is also very versatile and creative when designing all the routines that she suggests. They truly never get boring or dull, and it definitely keeps you going and excited to see what’s next! Audrey has also made me feel so incredibly comfortable and confident while training me, she’s literally been my personal cheerleader. Audrey is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met; her unconditional support has provided me with such strong motivation and encouragement to continue reaching towards my health and fitness goals. I am eternally grateful for everything I’ve learned and gained through my training and nutrition experiences with Audrey!

I came to Audrey with a LOT of concerns and issues. I have chronic pain and hypermobility, and came from a couple years of doing reformer pilates. I made the decision to enroll with a regular gym so I wouldn't be confined to working out with a pilates reformer, which at the time was the only way I really knew how to work out without hurting myself. I came to Audrey with a main goal of strengthening muscles which support my loose joints, and really wanted to build foundations to get me to a point where I was comfortable working out on my own or in a group fitness class without the concern of hurting myself. Audrey and I worked together for almost 10 months toward this goal and I've noticed a huge improvement not only in my ability but confidence. I like to think we had a mutual challenging relationship (I would often quiz her - hey what's this muscle cuz it hurts and how can I strengthen it!) which really elevated us both. I have zero complaints with working with Audrey and recommend her to anyone with or without exercise limitations. On top of that she is always active on social media offering continued support, guidance and motivation.
