By far the best personal trainer in Los Angeles. I've never actually worked with a trainer who knew how to push me to reach my own potential. I was a three sport athlete in high school who fell off the grid in college, got bogged down partying too much, then forgot how to go to the gym. Seriously gained 30 pounds my freshman year of college, developed an eating disorder to fix it, completely neglected my natural athletic instincts... Jon Kaker singlehandedly brought m back to elite competitive form and now I dominate in every sport I compete in. The best part? I didn't change my diet at all, I eat whatever I want and I have 17% body fat as a woman. That's something I couldn't achieve even when I was starving myself. Jon Kaker is pure pro. When you are in a session, he's totally focused, coaching on how to maximize results, and motivating me to reach goals. Core strength, endurance, flexibility. And how to stay that way. Jon is not only a talented pro, he's simply a great guy.

Confession: I did the vertimax routine a couple months ago and I didn't walk correctly till 6 days later... I thought I was tough but seriously couldn't hang lol..overall though, an excellent results driven routine...highly recommended
