I'm Kai, a health and wellness coach, personal trainer, and mind-body specialist based in Los Angeles, California. As a mind-body specialist I offer yoga, tai chi, qi gong, breathwork, and meditation. Yoga, tai chi, and qi gong use movement, breathing, awareness, and meditation to improve physical wellbeing, posture, strength, flexibility, focus, concentration, self-development, relaxation, and overall health and wellness. I have a background in rehabilitation exercise from workin in physical therapy clinics. I design custom tailored workouts and programs for you, your body, and your goals to make movement and exercise accessible and engaging. What are your goals? Kai is a master teacher. Any physical health issue I presented, as an obstacle to executing Tai Chi poses, he addressed. Calling on his endless knowledge, he presented a Qi Gong routine or exercise to address a hurting knee, a sore shoulder, imbalance, and all matter of challenges my 80-year-old body presented. His patience, knowledge, and sense of humor created an optimal learning experience. I am forever grateful.

Kai is masterful at integrating corrective exercise, yoga, and mindfulness into his fitness teachings. My goals with him have included muscle growth, endurance, and living a healthy lifestyle. He has used my goals as a template for the way he approaches our time together. I always leave the class with a better understanding of how to feel my best emotionally and physically.
