I'm Kai, a health and wellness coach, personal trainer, and mind-body
specialist based in Los Angeles, California.
As a mind-body specialist I offer yoga, tai chi, qi gong, breathwork, and
meditation.
Yoga, tai chi, and qi gong use movement, breathing, awareness, and meditation to improve physical wellbeing, posture, strength, flexibility, focus, concentration, self-development, relaxation, and overall health and wellness. They are sophisticated and intricate practices. I teach them in an accessible and easy to digest format so that you can gain all the benefits they offer whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner.
I will meet you at your unique and current level and help you reach that

If you are already currently active we can take off from there to reach
new heights of fitness, movement, and strength.
If you are dealing with chronic pain, postural issues, or transitioning
from physical therapy I can help bridge the transition to high level
exercise and optimal wellness. I have a background in rehabilitation exercise from workin in physical therapy clinics.
I design custom tailored workouts and programs for you, your body,
and your goals to make movement and exercise accessible and
engaging.
