Matt is a thoughtful and motivating coach. My first session, I was completely out of shape due to quarantine. He slowly worked with me to build workouts that challenged me. I feel so much more confident in my body as well as using equipment in the gym. I can’t recommend him enough!!

My personal experience with Matt has been entirely positive. He is super knowledgeable and explains everything from human anatomy to fitness technique in a very clear and understandable way. He is also very adaptable with training. On some incredibly tiring work days, he is able to accommodate the training that allows me to feel like I got a solid workout in without feeling completely dead. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to get back in shape or to further their fitness knowledge/performance.

I'm so glad I met Matt. I've had multiple personal trainers in the past, but he has been the most professional, thorough, knowledgable, and dependable trainer. He is completely in tune with you, your goals, your movements while you work with him. I can't recommend him enough if you want to achieve your fitness goals in a safe and effective way. I met Matt after I had back surgery due to an injury. I could barely walk due to nerve damage into the foot. I expressed to him my concerns. I had heard horror stories of repeat back surgeries from guys trying to get back in the gym and getting injured. He was very understanding and pointed out the necessary pace to start rebuilding better posture and form. At the same time, he built a strict nutritional plan for me. He checks in with you throughout the week and gives you enough stressors to keep you on track. In short, I have had amazing results. At the start, I could barely walk normally let alone pick up weights. In 4 months, I lost ~20 lbs and gained incredible amount of strength. Importantly, I was able to do this and improve my posture and mobility without any injuries and fully recover from my back surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone with fitness goals, serious about health/physique, and needs a real professional. He is probably one of the best out there.

Well I guess I could start with saying - working out with Matt changed my life. I have been working with Matt now for 5 Years and have gone from out of shape/low energy/no workouts to a healthy, in shape and well rounded fitness individual. Matt is always there to support, answer questions and motivate. I have now done 4 Murph's & 2 Spartan Beasts, countless workouts and it all goes back to meeting Matt and him helping me on the journey. He has also helped and coached my wife along her fitness journey. Can't recommend Matt enough. If you are looking for someone to start your journey to a better you, if you are looking for someone to push to to new fitness levels or just improve your stamina - Matt will help. In addition he is just a great human being.

I’ve been into health and fitness for over 20 years. And Matt is the best trainer I’ve come across. Period. Reached new lift goals in every category. Put on muscle. And dropped all the pesky weight I couldn’t lose on my own. Over the course of 4 years I’ve trained with him. I’m never bored. Never unsatisfied. And never fail to reach the results I’m looking for.
