- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For in-person training, I offer sessions for 30, 45, and 60 minutes. I do offer a 10% for subscription-based payment methods. For Virtual/Online training, I offer a discount for upfront payment on 90+-day regimens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What You Can Expect In our first meeting, we'll discuss you, your goals, and how I may be able to help you. Our 2nd meeting will be a 45-minute fitness assessment to discover your fitness level, experience level, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, history, and more. You will also get a better idea of my level of professionalism and expertise. Your next meeting will be a nutrition consultation with our dietitian to discuss dietary preferences, eating habits, and what type of meal plan is best for you.
