I have been training with Derek for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my results. I've lost a significant amount of body fat and have gained lean muscle mass, thanks to Derek’s expertise in body recomposition. What sets him apart from other trainers is his understanding of what it's like to be a middle-aged man. He pushes me to be my best, but he also understands when I need a break. I highly recommend Derek to anyone looking to improve their physical health and well-being.

Perform Younger is the ideal place to workout. My wife and I had the entire gym to ourselves. The owners were very accommodating with time slots, and the gym and equipment were always well kept and Covid Safety protocols set in place. Derek and his wife are also awesome trainers with years of experience backing them up. Im 39 and I feel as though Im 29 again. Perform Younger says it all !! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a personal gym and trainer to sign up today. Well worth your time and money.

I highly recommend Derek Carter as a personal trainer. He knows his stuff and takes great care in making sure his clients do things correctly so they avoid injuries. I started with Derek in January, working out with him for an hour twice a week. In February I switched to 45 minutes per workout three days per week, and also in February under his encouragement and guidance I started to eat right and hydrate properly. In the beginning I weighed in at 234 pounds. It is now the end of April and I am at 204 pounds. My waist size in the beginning was at least 38 and I am now about a 35. I was on two different blood pressure medications; my blood pressure has dropped significantly. I have stopped taking one and will probably be off both medications in another month. Overall I feel much better and Im moving better during my various sports activities (volleyball, basketball, and tennis). Derek carefully plans each workout and changes things up often enough that it doesnt get stale. He is absolutely worth what he charges each month to produce results.

Derek is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness. Thanks to him Ive lost almost 20lbs over 6 months and Im in better shape than I was before I was pregnant.Before I met him I had a terrible diet and ate way too much sugar! I never thought Id lose my baby weight and I felt so defeated. He helped me with my nutrition and pointed out ways I could swap out foods for healthier choices.As a personal trainer, Derek always keeps me motivated and pushing myself. No workout is ever the same so it doesnt get boring. He also checks in with me post workout to see how Im feeling and helps me stay accountable with my eating.I recommend Derek so highly my husband now trains with him as well!
