What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages of 10,20 30 are available. The more sessions you choose the less per session it will be. A consultation fee goes toward any packages once you decide which package fits your needs. Additional persons added to an individual plan is 10 dollars added to per session rate of any package.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I’ll do a meet and greet. Get to know one another and really dig deep into what you’re looking to achieve what are your X factors in wanting to really start your fitness journey.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM certified, sleep medicine certified
