I had an amazing most empowering experience working with Mr. Alan Chan. Alan is an extremely talented fitness trainer who understands the complex dynamic of body and mind. He pays attention to detail when creating a work out program since I've had a history of low back pain. In the first session he showed me a few exercises and stretches to alleviate the pain. Mr. Chan creates a balance in one. His knowledge of anatomy, physiology and psychology empowers one to excel... I am glad to have Alan as my personal trainer. Thanks.

Alan worked with my dad who wasn't that much into weight training till now. My dad was on a short vacation of 4 weeks here. Alan made sure my dad got comfortable with weights and was pretty flexible with the timings. He got my dad into a a decent workout routine at gym over 4 weeks with good intro on strength training.He was also mindful of injuries my dad had and made sure to work around it and take time into without any pain He also has a setup with my dad to monitor and train him remotely for next 3 months even after my dad goes back home overseas which looks interesting. Looking forward to that! Nice work
