I have had the absolute best time working out with Richard. We have been working out 3-4 times a week for about one year now. He is always on time and makes our sessions both fun and challenging. He understands my fitness goals but also my challenges and my limits, and personally tailors our workouts to push me to be a stronger, better person. He’s also just great to talk to and laugh with as I’m struggling with a pull up or a chest press etc.
This past year was incredibly difficult to focus on my health goals with the amount of work I had in my job. Richard was so kind and understanding and saw me through the absolute toughest times at home and in the gym. I am so grateful for his time and attention. He was able to formulate our workouts even when I was incredibly stressed and on no sleep. He makes working out both fun and challenging and he will be able to figure out your style and what works for you in no time. Can’t recommend him enough.
