Living in a society that enjoys convenience, I develop my programs in an easy and detailed way that eliminates the guesswork so all you have to do is bring your best effort. I have developed a result driven program that includes Muscular Development, Strength Development, Hypertrophy, and Interval Training. This program design is based on fundamental training principles such as Cardiovascular and Resistance Training along with Nutrition and Supplementation. By incorporating new workouts on a monthly basis, constant stimulation of new muscle groups, and cardiovascular components allows my clients to avoid fitness plateaus and provide a potential for unlimited results. Aside from all the technicalities, my service stands out because you will always receive 110% from me. WE are in this together so if you plateau, I plateau; If you succeed, I succeed. I will not give up until you are fully satisfied with your results. There is a feeling of joy and accomplishment that I receive from helping those seeking to improve their lives. Many come to me hopeless and skeptical about being able to achieve their health goals. I enjoy restoring their faith in themselves, and proving that with the right guidance they can accomplish anything.

I have been training with Freddrick for about a month or so now, and I have to say that my life has already significantly improved in more than one way. My goal is to lose 50lbs, and I have already lost 10 of those pounds with Freddrick’s guidance. He is not only extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but it becomes clear early on that he truly cares about you as an individual and doesn’t just view you as another client on his list. He has provided me with the tools and information to be successful and if he doesn’t have the answer to one of my questions, he takes the time to find an answer. Our workouts follow a certain outline, but are different every time and are personalized to accommodate my fitness level. We meet twice a week, but Freddrick has set up a plan for me to ensure that I know what to do when I have to work out alone. Aside from getting me results every week, his wisdom has helped shape my mind to be more positive toward myself. I would be lying if I said that this journey is easy. I’ve had a lot of good days, but there have also been days that I couldn’t find it in me to believe in myself. Freddrick however always knows what to say to remind me that the only limit I have is the one I set for myself. I am not only satisfied with my decision to hire Freddrick, but also feel very lucky to have found someone genuine who cares and goes beyond being just a personal trainer. One of the things that appealed to me on his profile was how he changed his life based on getting his mind, body, and soul right. After spending time with him, it is more than evident that he practices what he preaches. Now I feel like those same aspects of my life are improving as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience training with Freddrick. I came into training with very little ability or confidence, and he was wonderful in helping me achieve more physically than I ever expected from myself and also motivating me to become more comfortable and confident in my ability every day. Freddrick always explained new information in a way that made sense to me, and also demonstrated positioning and form so that I could learn both visually and audibly, something that really helped to make things "click" for me personally. Above all, he genuinely seemed to care that I achieve my goals. I could really sense that he viewed MY success as HIS success as well. I feel like my time training with him was invaluable to both my current fitness goals and my long-term strength and health moving forward, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for training. He made exercise fun for me-- something that it had never been before!

Frederick kicks my ass with a smile! He's a really nice guy who you can love to hate. That said...he takes getting me in shape seriously and really pushes me to work out way harder than I ever would on my own. He is very interested in helping me work on areas that I have specific needs for and varies the workouts each time. You will never be bored but you will always WORK OUT!!!! His rates are very fair...so fair that I work out 3x/week as does my wife. I love this guy...I hate this guy. 🏋🏿💪🏼👍🏽👌🏽

I am very happy with the results that I am getting with Freddrick. He is a friendly guy who really understands how to assess your ability and put you on the program that will help you accomplish your goals. Best personal trainer I've ever had.

Frederick is an amazing trainer. He pushes me to do better and trust myself to go harder with our workouts. He is a motivating force even on the days I don't feel like giving it my all! He celebrates my small victories and encourages me to not get disappointed when I am hard on myself. Definitely recommend to anyone!
