My pricing is going to vary client to client based on their goals, needs, and how many in person sessions they are committing too. My individual one session rate is 100$, however your first session will always be free and my session rate lowers as more sessions are purchased. Any client of mine who is committed to training with me at least once a week will receive day to day training programs for the entire month through our app. This is an additional $200 value that my in person clients receive on top of their sessions for no additional costs. Student discounts and military discounts are available as well!
When working with new clients I typically start off by doing a consultation where we will go over their basic background history and the individuals goals going forward. From here I will explain the type of training program I would put them through in order to get them to their goals. No matter what the clients background in physical fitness and exercise science may be, my programs are designed to continue their education to not only show you how to work effectively in gym, but to also understand what you are putting your body through in order to maintain and improve it on your own in the future.
