From my first interaction with Julie, I have been nothing but impressed. She spent time getting to know me and my goals before we developed a plan to help me achieve them. She is always encouraging, and continues to motivates me outside of our scheduled training sessions. I was apprehensive about conducting things virtually. However, my experience so far has been beyond my expectation. Julie is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Even after a short time, I already feel the changes in my body.

I just had my first assessment today. It went well ! She is very friendly and made me comfortable. I havent train in month so it was nice getting back to it. She uses her ipad to take notes of the weights and reps you do on the first day. It's nice ! Like that she knows exactly where you left and how to push you in the future sessions. She also gives you access to her personal fitness app where you can find your past sessions and see you progress. Highly recommend !

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    More often you see me during the week cheaper the sessions are! I give a $5 discount per session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a free assessment session. We will talk about your goals and if you have injuries. I will take you through some simple movements to figure out if you have any imbalances, joint pain and find your strengths and weaknesses. After the free assessment we will decide on a plan that works with your schedule and fits your goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been training for 5 years. I have a certification from NCEP and was a level 3 trainer at Equinox for a couple of years. I also have a certification with Precision Nutrition for my nutrition coaching service that I include in my personal training.
