- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, my process is straightforward and designed to ensure you get the best possible start: 1. **Discovery Call:** We begin with a discovery call to dive deeper into your goals, needs, and expectations. This helps me understand how I can best support you on your fitness journey. 2. **Payment & Agreement:** Once we’re aligned, we’ll process the payment over the phone, and I’ll send over the training agreement for you to sign. 3. **Consultation & Onboarding:** Next, we’ll schedule an in-person or FaceTime consultation and onboarding session to get you fully prepared and set up for success. 4. **Program Enrollment:** Finally, I’ll enroll you in my system, and we’ll officially begin your personalized program. This is where the real work—and transformation—starts!

I'm a Lifetime Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA with over 10 years of experience helping people reach their fitness goals. My background is pretty dynamic—I’ve been involved in martial arts, football, basketball, boxing, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, and track & field. You could say I’ve spent more time in sports than sitting on a couch! I’ve worked with everyone, from energetic kids who can’t sit still to seniors who’ve seen it all. Fitness is my full-time career, and my #1 priority is making sure you crush your goals. So whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, I’ve got the experience—and a bit of humor—to keep you motivated along the way!
