Hi! I'm Ariana I'm curious how do you define Vitality? Is it having longevity, being able to play with your grandchildren, look and feel sexy with no clothes on? I've been able to work with the tech world, high level executives, and artists over the past 12 years with a focus on teaching you to thrive thrive with your mind, body, and spirit. I created Vitafia "Life + Vitality" to bring this to you so that you can look and feel your best through movement and lifestyle choices. From a young age and a deep love for sports, dance, and all things movement it naturally led me to get my Bachelor's in Kinesiology. As a coach I'm your biggest cheerleader because I believe in you AND I'm your accountability partner. I'll dive deep into proper form and movement patterns while keeping you motivated to push past what you thought was possible. I specialize mobility and stretch so I bring that into strength building, sustainable weight loss, athletic performance, and injury recovery. I've guided clients to road cycling wins, triathlon finishes, better sleep, work-life balance, and full injury recovery. I look forward to working with you. Ariana is a kind and compassionate coach who cares deeply about her clients. The only reason we stopped working together was because she moved locations, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to improve their fitness, mobility, conditioning, or overall strength. I have been training with Ariana for six years now. I do individual training as well as group classes with her and the energy and creativity she brings to each class is unmatched!
