Hi! I'm Ariana I'm curious how do you define Vitality? Is it having longevity, being able to play with your grandchildren, look and feel sexy with no clothes on? I've been able to work with the tech world, high level executives, and artists over the past 12 years with a focus on teaching you to thrive thrive with your mind, body, and spirit. I created Vitafia "Life + Vitality" to bring this to you so that you can look and feel your best through movement and lifestyle choices. From a young age and a deep love for sports, dance, and all things movement it naturally led me to get my Bachelor's in Kinesiology. As a coach I'm your biggest cheerleader because I believe in you AND I'm your accountability partner. I'll dive deep into proper form and movement patterns while keeping you motivated to push past what you thought was possible. I specialize mobility and stretch so I bring that into strength building, sustainable weight loss, athletic performance, and injury recovery. But here's the real magic: helping you build a lifestyle so vibrant that fitness becomes the fuel for everything else you love. I look forward to working with you. Ariana is amazing, I highly recommend her yoga classes!She came to Hawaii to lead the daily morning yoga classes for a womens empowerment retreat. It was a highlight of the gathering! She set the tone every day, helping women get into their body to support the emotional processing.She is uplifting, encouraging and offers advanced and beginner poses.I look forward to hosting another retreat and inviting her to be the yoga teacher again. I highly recommend her for private and group sessions.

Ariana is a great personal trainer. I worked out with her for several years in San Francisco before she moved. She kept me strong, balanced and all around fit, while also helping me to accomplish specific goalslike being able to do x number of pushups!
