Hired on Thumbtack
I adopted 3 stray cats who used to hang around my garden. But when I was away for work, I needed someone reliable to leave them food and water for the day. Every morning, Kam would be at my house by 7.30 AM and put the food and water out. I was particular about time because I had trained my cats to stick to a routine and not go beg or steal food from the neighbors. Kam perfectly understood it and was punctual every day despite the crazy Los Angeles traffic. Once she put the food out, she would text me a detailed update about what the 3 cats were up to and some pictures. If she notice anything unusual, she would immediately call me or text me. One morning, she did not see my 6-month old kitten and she even went to the extent of checking with the neighbors. My cats are tame but wary of strangers. The day Kam first came to see them and get her supplies, I was amazed to see how relaxed they were with her. The baby approached her asking to be pet and his mom approached her to inspect the food bag. That behavior was amazing, coming from a bunch of cats suspicious of anyone trying to touch them. All 3 of my babies looked happy and content when I came home.
I highly recommend Kam’s services if you want a reliable and trustworthy person to take care of pets while away. She is punctual, professional and communicative with pet parents while being a respectful, soothing presence for the pets. Whenever I have to go away for few days, I would have no one else but Kam to take care of my little kitties. Here are some of the pictures of my cats taken by Kam.

Kam was amazing! She did a great job of communicating with us about any issues that came up and was a quick learner when it came to anything she needed to do while we were gone. Our kids and dog loved her and we wouldn't think twice about having her help again soon. She's a dream!
