BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! We hired Ashley and team for our event of 50+ people at our home. Ashley was professional, communicative, creative, kind.... I could go on. She was like a member of our family by the end of the evening, which is not always the case with event planners. Our event would not have been a success without her. When one of our vendors forgot cocktail tables, she turned to me and said, "I've got this handled, you go enjoy." She had it fixed so quickly I barely noticed. Her decor and styling were top notch. Her partnership, and run of show with my husband, kept the party flowing and guests happy. I have already had 2 friends ask for her contact details, as they could tell that she's the best. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner/coordinator DO NOT HESITATE and book We Have a Plan Events immediately. You won't regret it, and you will have the best event. Thank you Ashley! I had an amazing experience with we have a plan events, this was the first time I hired a bartender for a small cocktail party at my house and it was totally worth it. Ashley worked with me to craft a menu and give me a realistic shopping list, then day of Cassidy arrived 15 min early to help set up. During the event it was so nice to not have to handle serving drinks myself and offer my guests bar/restaurant quality cocktails, they were all so impressed. Cassidy helped clean up and break down the bar when she was done. It was very seamless and professional. She brought her own tools and set up that elevated my bar set up to look super legit.
