I'm Yvonne (y tambien hablo Español), I live in Los Angeles, CA, and I offer in person and virtual lessons.
I am a pianist with over 12 years of training. My specialties are classical, popular/contemporary, as well as church music. My experience as a teacher includes private lessons in piano, as well as some vocal coaching.
For my students, I focus on developing healthy techniques, sight reading skills, and musical expression. After establishing proper technique, I work with each student on an individual basis to develop repertoire based on their unique musical interests and goals.

I have been taking lessons with Yvonne for about a month now and am very happy with her services. I really like the curriculum she uses but also I love that every lesson she will cover things not in the curriculum. This shows me that she actually cares to put in the time to get you where you want to be which I really appreciate. I feel like I've already learned so much in the time we've had. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone wanting to learn the piano.
