Traveling Music and Dance has been so responsive and the lessons have been amazing. My 5 year old is a little young and squirmy for piano lessons but her teacher, Amy, comes up with all kinds of individualized approaches and techniques to keep her engaged and learning. My daughter is loving it and I can’t wait till my other two are old enough to try lessons as well.

We are so happy with Traveling Music Lessons! In general, finding piano teachers for kids is easy to do (even on your own), but when you’re looking for a guitar teacher for a 5 year old, you need some help and that’s where Traveling Music Lessons saved the day. Tess at Traveling Music is just amazing. She is so responsive, helpful, professional, and sweet. When I first reached out, I had a million questions, including what kind of guitar I should purchase for my left handed 5 year old. She was so patient and helpful. She answered all of my questions even before I booked a teacher. Tess heard all my needs and found a perfect guitar teacher to come to our home to teach our 5 year old. Mr. Chuck is just wonderful. He is so patient and kind with our daughter. He never rushes lessons and passionately teaches her in a way that works for her. At times (or many times), she talks a lot and asks one too many questions, but he is so patient and sweet with her. He doesn’t just teach her chords. He is helping her strengthen her little hands, talks to her about the fundamentals of music and how to read music, and even various facts about guitars. He even brings different guitars to her lessons, which she find so intriguing. From the beginning and through all the lessons, Traveling Music Lessons found exactly what we needed and is providing the care and lessons we hoped to find. I highly recommend them for any and all of your music needs! And I have to say, having a teacher come to our home for lessons really helps this momma out!

    Music lessons are $50 for 30 minutes, $65 for 45 minutes, and $80 for 60 minutes. Dance lessons start at $75 for 1 person, $95 for 2 people, and an extra $10 per person beyond that.
